The methodology of our work is based on an international knowledge and achievements in consulting services in purchasing and our own practice in various branches of the economy:

  • Snapshot – we work on the basis of information about your company, we spend some time with your purchasing and other departments, depending on the complexity and size of the company. The result is a detailed report that analyzed the current situation in the process of procurement and warehouse, the potential risks and proposals for improvements.
  • Improvement – based on the snapshot and analysis, we define strategies that enhance and improve procurement and inventory management, and in accordance with the development strategy and corporate objectives.
  • Implementation –prerequisite for quality implementation are human resources. The changes primarily have to be supported by the management and the owner, and in this segment we provide help to motivate employees to make things easier and to accept new solutions. We offer flexible support – we manage, coordinate and monitor the whole process.
  • Sustainability – the most important phase of the collaboration is that implemented improvements become permanent and regular procedure in the company. Through occasional arrivals we monitor and check the consistency in implementing and adapting to the current situation of the company and the market.
